Customer Success Manager

We’re Hiring: Customer Success Manager

Herbiotics Health Care is looking for a skilled and confident Female Call Center Manager to lead our customer support team. If you have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing call center operations, we’d love to hear from you.

Location : Susan Road Faisalabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily call center operations
  • Train, guide, and monitor team performance
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
  • Handle difficult calls and solve customer concerns
  • Maintain reports and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call center or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
