Customer Support Executive

As an e-commerce brand, impeccable customer support is paramount to us. We are looking for an individual who knows how to handle both pre- and post-purchase queries. A quick learner who can effectively get around with our product catalog fast enough.

You will be responsible for handling pre- and post-sales customer support through phone, chat, and email.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our product.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product changes and improvements.

- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.

- Stay informed about our product to provide comprehensive and accurate information to customers.

Office Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
