Customer Success Manager - Full or Part-Time

Remote, U.S.-based (East Coast and Central Time Zones preferred for alignment with team working hours)

TeamGantt offers powerful project management software to contractors and subcontractors. Our easy-to-use Gantt charts help teams stay organized, on schedule, and connected. We're looking for a Client Success Manager to help our clients succeed and get the most out of our platform.

As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you'll be responsible for ensuring our clients have a seamless experience using TeamGantt. Your role is vital in building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, guiding them through onboarding, and helping them troubleshoot issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients through onboarding and ensure they are successfully using the platform
  • Provide customer support via Zoom calls, live chat, email, and troubleshooting
  • Identify, negotiate and close expansion deals within existing customer base
  • Manage check-ins with enterprise customers to drive renewals
  • Experience in writing content and copy preferred.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer success or client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort level with video calls and written communication.
  • Experience in construction field are preferred but not required
  • Bilingual skills are preferred.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Full-time or Part-time, W-2 Employment
  • Salary: $66,500-$80,000 base salary, with high performers able to earn above that through bonuses and overtime.
  • Benefits include a flexible 32-hour work week (four-day work week), remote work, and paid time off. Additional benefits such as healthcare and retirement options will be discussed during the interview process.
