Position Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager Intern who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right software solutions. The ideal candidate should have an IT or Software Engineering background, along with strong communication skills and a passion for client success and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and smooth communication.
  • Reach out to prospective clients, share detailed information about our products and services, and assist them in understanding how Sumato Solutions can meet their business needs.
  • Understand clients’ business requirements and guide them in choosing the most suitable solutions according to their goals and industry needs.
  • Support clients throughout the onboarding, implementation, and post-deployment phases.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
  • Prepare and share progress reports, proposals, and follow-up communications with clients.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate insights to improve products and service quality.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client value and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, presentations, and customer success reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of custom software solutions, their workflows, and business impact.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and professional way.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for client engagement and learning about technology-driven business solutions.
