Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist

Nasoft is hiring for Makaseb, a specialized E-commerce and Digital Marketing company serving the Gulf markets. Join a dynamic and innovative team shaping the future of digital commerce across the region.

We’re looking for a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist to help new customers successfully adopt and activate the platform through smooth onboarding, workflow setup, and AI automation activation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through the onboarding journey step-by-step
  • Support customers in connecting WhatsApp Business API and communication channels
  • Assist in configuring workflows, automations, and AI agents
  • Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable use cases
  • Conduct onboarding calls, demos, and training sessions
  • Ensure customers achieve value from the platform as quickly as possible
  • Follow up during trial and early adoption stages
  • Monitor customer engagement and identify onboarding challenges
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve setup and technical issues
  • Gather customer feedback and support continuous product improvement
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or any related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS Support, or Customer Onboarding
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms or CRM systems
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs, workflows, and business processes
  • Experience conducting online demos, onboarding sessions, or client training
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business platforms or automation tools is a plus
  • Basic understanding of AI tools and automation concepts is preferred
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and coordination skills

  • Working days: 5 days (From Sunday to Thursday).
