Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Outreach & Client Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, maintaining communication, and building strong relationships. This role involves calling clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and convincing them to engage with our services professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients.
• Explain company services clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships through regular communication.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects.
• Gather client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Handle basic customer questions, concerns, and service-related issues.
• Maintain call logs and communication records in the system.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Strong communication and convincing skills (English required; additional languages are a plus).
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call handling preferred.
• Ability to work the night shift (6 PM – 2 AM).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (email, CRM tools, spreadsheets).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
