Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success & Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role blends customer service excellence with sales support, ensuring clients receive expert guidance and a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and helping clients find the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:

Manage customer inquiries عبر phone, email, and live chat, providing clear and accurate information about our services.

  • Consultative Sales Support:

Understand client needs and recommend suitable writing services, packages, pricing options, and turnaround times.

  • Order Coordination:

Assist clients through the order placement process, ensuring all requirements are clearly captured and processed efficiently.

  • Relationship Management:

Build long-term client relationships through follow-ups, personalized support, and consistent communication.

  • Issue Resolution:

Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams (writers, sales, and marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • CRM & Data Handling:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback within CRM systems.

  • Customer Insights:

Collect and share client feedback to support continuous improvement in services and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or client-facing roles (writing or service-based industry preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and order management systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable communicating in a clear, professional British English tone.
