Job Summary:

Zainlee Technologies LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, and will be passionate about building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving client retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Manage onboarding, training, and ongoing support for customers
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address any concerns or issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support business growth
  • Maintain accurate customer records and reports using CRM tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer success or account management role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the tech or software industry is a plus
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
