Who You Are

  • New graduates, preferably in the fields of computer science, engineering, or MIS
  • Good command of English
  • Strong interest in project management, including all aspects of planning, development process, account management, execution, and reporting
  • Team player
  • Proactive with conflict resolution skills
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Passionate about continuous learning
  • Experience with MS SQL Server or other databases is a plus
  • Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools is a plus


You Will

  • Take part in missions in the "First Level Support" category:
  • Be the first point of contact for customer support
  • Read, reply, and sort emails
  • Creation and clarification of "Second Level Support" and "Change Request" jobs in Jira, assigning these jobs to the relevant people
  • Admin Panel Usage:
  • Campaign Setup, Banner & Content & Text Update, etc.
  • Product Information:
  • Provide information about campaign setups
  • Explain how changes made in the admin panel are implemented
  • Support for Reporting
  • Happy Path Testing
