Digilatics is a high-performance digital marketing agency focused exclusively on the home services industry in the U.S. We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist in Pakistan with proven experience working with brands — someone who can manage client communication, protect brand positioning, and deliver a premium client experience.
What You Will Do
- Manage U.S.-based client accounts with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.
- Lead client meetings and written communication in advanced English.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure every delivery meets Digilatics’ standards.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and strategic next steps for clients.
- Take full ownership of the client journey and overall satisfaction.
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Advanced / Fluent English (speaking and writing — will be tested).
- Brand experience (brand management, brand strategy, or account management involving brand positioning).
- Previous experience in Customer Success or client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Must be able to work as an independent contractor.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with international clients.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or digital marketing (not required).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
