Job Summary:
The Customer Succession Manager will oversee client accounts, ensuring seamless
transitions and sustained relationships, while leveraging prior experience in broker
relationship management. This role involves managing key accounts, supporting
brokers, and driving customer retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure smooth succession of customer accounts.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with brokers and key clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing queries and
issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
Identify opportunities to expand business through brokers and existing clients.
Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in customer account management and broker relationship
management.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
Results-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
