The After-Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction after a product or service has been delivered. This role focuses on customer follow-up, issue resolution, service coordination, and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics, finance) to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records and after-sales reports
  • Provide service guidance and usage support
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional services when relevant
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and service timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Experience in customer service or after-sales support (1–3 years preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • CRM software knowledge is a plus
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage) AND FRENCH
