About Our Client:
Hiring for a wholly-owned dairy farm and milk retailer.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to manage inbound and outbound customer communication. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving complaints, managing orders, and converting inquiries into confirmed sales.

This role plays a key part in maintaining high customer satisfaction and increasing order conversions through professional and responsive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Call Handling

  • Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers.
  • Provide accurate information about company products, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist customers in placing new orders and subscriptions.

Order Conversion & Sales Support

  • Convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest.
  • Promote relevant products based on customer needs.
  • Support subscription enrollments and recurring order setup.

Complaint Handling & Resolution

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Identify issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with delivery, production, and operations teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Order Management & Coordination

  • Update customer orders and information in the system.
  • Coordinate with delivery team for order execution.
  • Ensure accurate order entry and confirmation.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's preferred

Experience (Mandatory):

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in call center, customer support, or tele sales
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Experience handling customer complaints and order management

Required Skills

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent Urdu communication skills
  • Good English communication skills preferred
  • Clear and professional speaking ability

Customer Handling:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle difficult customers calmly
  • Customer-focused mindset

Sales Skills:

  • Ability to convert inquiries into confirmed orders
  • Persuasive communication ability

Technical:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience with CRM, WhatsApp Business, or order management systems preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Candidates with experience in: Food delivery companies
  • Dairy companies
  • E-commerce companies
  • Subscription-based services
  • Call centers (inbound or telesales)

Location: Karachi
Experience: 1-3 Years
Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
