Job Opening: Customer Support & Relations (US-Based)

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore

Salary: Rs. 50,000 – 60,000

Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Experience: Minimum 6 months in the US market

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support & Relations Executive to join our growing team for a US-based business. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling US clients, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide professional support across calls, emails, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer support for US-based clients

- Manage customer queries through call, email, and chat promptly

- Build strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups

- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

- Ensure customer satisfaction while achieving assigned KPIs

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months experience in a US-based customer support or CRM role

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced night-shift environment

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be a plus
