Job description:
Customer Support Agent (Mid-Level) Position: Customer Support Executive Location: Lahore (On-site) Salary: PKR 35,000–45,000/month Experience Required: 1+ year in customer service or call center.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and phone
Resolve complaints and order-related issues
Record and manage customer data in CRM or Excel
Coordinate with dispatch/delivery teams for timely service
Respond politely, clearly, and professionally in writing and speaking
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Urdu
Typing speed and clarity in messages is important
Experience with online chat, e-commerce orders, or Shopify is a plus
Punctual, positive attitude, and a problem solver
