Job Overview: We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to manage client communication, handle inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner
-Provide accurate information about services, orders, and processes
-Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism
-Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, operations) to ensure smooth order handling
-Track and follow up on customer requests until resolution
-Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
-Identify common issues and suggest improvements to processes
Requirements:
-2–3 years of experience in Customer Support or a similar role
-Prior experience working in a call center environment is required
-Excellent English speaking and communication skills
-Strong written and verbal communication abilities
-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
-Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
-Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus
