Respond the inbound calls and outbound calls on time

Handle users' requirements on the spot

Follow call center “scripts” when handling different topics.

Solve customer issues, complaints, inquiries and clarify information needed.

Update users with the new features and products

Handle and close all sorts of end users tickets within the set SLA
Requirements

Excellent communication skills

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Ability to multitask, set priorities and time management.

Familiar with CRM systems and practices

Previous experience in customer support role.
