Customer support agent

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident, soft-spoken, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Agent. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, dealing with clients on call, guiding students regarding courses, and resolving queries in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and a pleasant personality to maintain a positive experience for students and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and manage incoming calls professionally
  • Provide complete information regarding ongoing and newly introduced courses
  • Respond to client queries and resolve concerns efficiently
  • Guide potential students regarding course selection and admissions
  • Maintain proper follow-up with interested candidates
  • Coordinate with relevant departments when required
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good public dealing and customer handling abilities
  • Soft-spoken and professional attitude
  • Pleasant personality and positive behavior
  • Basic MS Office knowledge required

Qualification:

  • Minimum Intermediate

Experience:

  • Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply
  • Prior experience in customer service or call handling will be an preferred.

Job Location: North Nazimabad Center

Working Hours: 8 to 10 hours per day
