CronySoft is looking for a confident and well-spoken Customer Support Agent to handle communication with US and UK-based customers. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries politely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chat, or support tickets.
- Communicate professionally with US and UK-based customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide clear, accurate, and timely responses.
- Maintain a polite, calm, and solution-oriented approach during customer interactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team with proper details.
- Maintain customer interaction records and follow-up notes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and ownership.
- Follow company communication standards, response timelines, and support procedures.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Prior experience dealing with US or UK-based customers will be preferred.
- O/A Levels background will be preferred.
- Ability to work in night shift.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Professional attitude, patience, and confidence during customer interactions.
Preferred Experience
- Customer support, client support, call center, chat support, or email support experience.
- Experience with CRM, ticketing systems, or support tools.
- Experience handling international customers.
