Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English with a neutral or American accent, and a strong passion for helping customers. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and questions with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Meet or exceed performance KPIs (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Neutral or American accent is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computers and basic software tools (CRM systems, email, etc.).
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work from our office located in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi.
