Customer Support Agent-Bahria Town

IGET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer interactions, address inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for every client. If you enjoy helping people and resolving issues efficiently, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and courteously handle customer calls.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or live chat promptly.
  • Provide accurate information about company services, processes, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns while maintaining a positive experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Consistently deliver professional and high-quality customer support.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Shift & Location:

  • Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
  • Location: On-site at 31/A-Plaza, AA Block, Sector D, Canal Heights, Bahria Town, Lahore
