Customer Support Agent German Language

To strengthen our customer service team, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented German-speaking Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) to handle and resolve customer inquiries in German via a ticket-based support system.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handling and resolving customer inquiries in German via a ticket system (email / web forms)
  • Reviewing customer data, orders, and invoices
  • Responding to standard and individual customer requests based on internal guidelines
  • Documenting all cases accurately in the ticket system
  • Escalating complex or sensitive cases to the relevant internal departments
  • Ensuring professional, friendly, and solution-oriented communication with customers

Your Profile

  • Fluent or native-level German (written) is mandatory
  • Previous experience in customer support or ticket-based support is an advantage, but not required
  • Structured, accurate, and independent working style
  • Confident use of computers, email, and web-based tools
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under high ticket volumes
  • Professional, service-oriented communication skills
