Job description:

We are hiring a Customer Support Agent with atleast 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and experience in handling international clients, including cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound clients
• Perform cold calling to potential clients
• Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions
• Maintain record of clients interactions
• Work with different tools and software for daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customers support or call center
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Experience in cold calling
• Ability to work in US working hours (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM PST)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
