Responsibilities:
- Assist clients/clients in opening trading accounts, ensuring all necessary documentations and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Provide customer support via multiple channels including phone, email and chat.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and updated records of client interaction, transaction for reporting and analysis purposes
Eligibility Criteria For the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial service industry.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistan stock exchange and trading practices, including knowledge of share trading procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, with problem solving attitude.
