We are looking for a Customer Support & Outreach Executive with strong sales and lead conversion skills to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in international call center environments who can confidently communicate with clients and convert prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with a consultative sales approach
• Convert leads into customers through effective communication and follow-up
• Conduct B2B outreach to potential clients
• Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
• Maintain accurate records using HubSpot CRM and other CRM platforms
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide professional customer support to international clients
• Identify new opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of call center experience (international campaigns preferred)
• Proven track record in sales, lead conversion, or closing
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• HubSpot CRM experience is required
• Experience with other CRM tools is a plus
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in UK shift timing
