Office Location: Bahria town phase 7, Rawalpindi

Shift timings for females: 1pm to 9pm and 2pm to 10pm

Offering 40k - 60k Basic with multiple bonuses up to 40k

Customer Support Representative

Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main responsibility is to provide excellent service by assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This role requires a person who is a strong problem-solver and is committed to putting the customer first.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues by providing accurate information, troubleshooting problems, and offering effective solutions.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall processes.
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide the best possible support.
  • Handling customer complaints with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who is genuinely excited to help people and has a passion for providing outstanding service.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, including CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not required.
