Shift: Rotational (including rotational week off)
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,500 (In-Hand)

- About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers via both voice and chat channels.

You’ll be responsible for resolving queries efficiently, maintaining a professional tone, and ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.

- Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls and chat in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalations

- Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle high-volume interactions with professionalism and patience
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends (with rotational week off)
