Job Title: Customer Support Associate
Location: Nazimabad No.1 near Eidgah Ground
Job Type: Full-Time
Timings: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling courier bookings, making order confirmation calls, managing shipper advices, and responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book courier shipments on relevant logistics platforms.
  • Make daily order confirmation calls to customers.
  • Coordinate and manage shipper advices with couriers and internal teams.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Ensure a smooth post-order customer experience and follow-ups where needed.
  • Assist in daily operations and provide support in administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer support, logistics coordination, or e-commerce operations is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
