About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident Calling Executive with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in customer communication, order verification, and handling basic customer support.Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls for order confirmation, address verification, and pre-dispatch checks.
- Handle inbound customer queries related to orders, shipping, returns, and product details.
- Follow up with customers to reduce RTO, cancellations, and undelivered orders.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update internal systems (Shopify/CRM/Excel).
- Resolve escalations professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth order processing.
- Meet daily targets for calls, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer calling (E-commerce calling experience preferred).
- Excellent spoken communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Strong persuasion and customer-handling ability.
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify, e-commerce CRMs, or order management tools.
- Prior work in RTO reduction or order confirmation processes.
