Customer Support Associate

SALARY RANGE : 15K - 20K

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails.
• Provide product information related to games, consoles, accessories, pricing, and availability.
• Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery-related issues.
• Manage and resolve complaints regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and store teams for stock or service updates.
• Update customer interaction details in the CRM or system.
• Explain return, replacement, and exchange policies clearly to customers.
• Follow up with customers until the issue is fully resolved.
• Maintain professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude in every interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
