Job Responsibilities
- Handle 15–20 inbound/outbound calls per day.
- Contact warm leads provided by the company (no cold calling).
- Explain services, pricing, and shipment details to potential customers.
- Convert assigned leads into successful bookings.
- Maintain clear communication and follow-up with clients until deal closure.
- Keep call records and update booking information in the system.
- Deliver professional customer service aligned with company standards.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year experience in customer support or call handling (US or UK process preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls professionally.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of customer service or sales (brokerage experience is a plus).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
