We are a U.S.-based Brokerage Company providing reliable services across the country. Our team handles nationwide operations with a focus on transparency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle 15–20 inbound/outbound calls per day.
  • Contact warm leads provided by the company (no cold calling).
  • Explain services, pricing, and shipment details to potential customers.
  • Convert assigned leads into successful bookings.
  • Maintain clear communication and follow-up with clients until deal closure.
  • Keep call records and update booking information in the system.
  • Deliver professional customer service aligned with company standards.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year experience in customer support or call handling (US or UK process preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls professionally.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer service or sales (brokerage experience is a plus).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Environment
