Customer Support & Call Center Specialist (Entry Level)

Cashmaster USA, a global leader in cash management technology, is expanding our Orlando Support Center. We are looking for a friendly, customer‑focused Customer Support & Call Center Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a phone‑based, customer service role where you will support customers using our products, answer questions, and provide step‑by‑step guidance following training and established procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and cases from customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and product questions (training provided)
  • Follow guided scripts and support procedures to resolve customer inquiries
  • Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
  • Meet individual performance goals such as response time and call quality
  • Provide clear, simple explanations to customers regarding product use
  • Follow up with customers when needed to ensure issues are resolved
  • Support the team by escalating more complex cases to senior staff
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

Essential Skills required:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Strong understanding of customer service best practices.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently within guidelines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Punctual, reliable, and customer‑friendly.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Bonus Skills:

- Additional languages (Spanish/French).

- Business development or sales exposure

- Technical or software‑based competencies
