BE or B. Tech in Civil Engineering with 1 to 2 years work experience in Customer Support, Telesales, Inventory Controller.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance of commercial and residential facilities to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide safety equipment, maintenance records, technical support, and guidance to other departments.
- Comply with safety procedures, city ordinances, and codes, support after-hours building needs.
- Client Management – To ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction by receiving incoming calls and Outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Customer Relationship – To provide end-to-end support to customers (walk-ins and phone calls), ensure the availability of committed products, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Customer Retention – Solve customers’ issues related to orders, pick-up, delivery, and quality.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
