About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of Daher aircraft by resolving technical issues, developing repairs, and driving continuous improvement in systems and processes. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, contribute to design reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Job description
Key Responsibilities

Design, document, and implement improvements to Daher systems, processes, and products

Develop repairs and solutions to support aircraft throughout their lifecycle

Apply industry best practices, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Lean principles

Review and improve maintenance procedures and technical manuals
-
Use CAD tools (preferably Siemens NX) for engineering tasks and design work

Analyze data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies
-
Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and enhance product performance
-
Prepare and present technical documentation to the FAA (ACO and MIDO)

Create and maintain technical reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent experience)

A&P certification and/or pilot license is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with CAD software; Siemens NX preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently
