Job Summary:

Northlandz is looking for confident and energetic Call Center Agents to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to handle calls efficiently in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding Northlandz services, offers, and policies.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain detailed and accurate call logs in the system.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets including call quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Uphold the company’s values and maintain a positive attitude during all customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM) consistently.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is an advantage (but not mandatory).
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
• Professional, punctual, and reliable attitude.
• Salary will be given on sales target
