About the Role

Starcap Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Support Executive who’s proactive, empathetic, and passionate about delivering a great customer experience. In this role, you’ll be the voice of the brand — resolving issues, building trust, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Manage order-related concerns, including returns, replacements, delays, and payment queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely responses and issue closure.
  • Track and report key metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on pending cases to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Identify common issues and provide feedback to improve service processes.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or client service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, professional attitude under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Empathetic listener with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in FMCG, D2C, or wellness brands is a plus.

Preferred Profile

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream.
  • Comfortable in a startup-style, high-growth environment.
