We are looking for Customer Support Executives with strong practical knowledge of AI tools and automation workflows. The ideal candidate will support users, troubleshoot AI-related issues, and ensure the smooth adoption of our AI-driven platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with AI applications and the ability to guide customers with accuracy and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 customer support via chat, email, and phone (rotational shifts).
- Resolve queries related to AI tools, automation setups, and platform features.
- Assist users with AI workflows, prompt configurations, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot AI model responses, API-related issues, and system behaviors.
- Document support interactions and maintain organized logs.
- Collaborate with product/technical teams to improve AI performance and usability.
- Identify patterns in recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain professional, clear, and supportive communication at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- Hands-on working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, AI builders, etc.).
- Prior experience in AI or SaaS customer support is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of prompts, workflows, API calls, and troubleshooting steps.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Zapier, Make.com, RPA tools, or other automation platforms.
- Familiarity with CRMs and ticketing systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom.
- Multilingual communication ability.
- Capability to test, evaluate, and refine AI responses for customers.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
