- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Manage assigned clients by developing a strong pipeline of high-quality prospects, generating demand, and effectively tracking, reporting, and managing the sales pipeline.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring consistent support.
- Oversee complete account management activities and assist business leads in all related tasks.
- Play a key role in new business presentations and handle the smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Identify and target potential new customers to expand business opportunities.
- Boost account volume and profitability while exploring new business prospects within approved budgets.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within defined budget and time constraints.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and market developments.
- Build strong client–company relationships by promptly addressing issues and focusing on client-specific needs.
- Implement and maintain best practices across the sales and account management process.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance and key metrics.
