We are looking for a customer-focused and solution-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our growing product team. This role is crucial in ensuring an excellent customer experience by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to our users. You will act as the voice of the customer and work closely with internal teams to improve the product and overall user satisfaction.
