Customer Support Executive

Join our Customer Support team and contribute to delivering seamless service, enhancing customer experiences, and supporting operational excellence across our digital business channels.

Key Responsibilities:
✪ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
✪ Maintain detailed records of interactions, track issues, and prepare reports for process improvement
✪ Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently
✪ Enhance customer experience, assist in retention efforts, and stay updated on product knowledge and best practices
✪ Maintain a high level of empathy, patience, and communication clarity in all interactions

Requirements:
✪ Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
✪ 6 Months - 1 Year of relevant experience in customer support
✪ Strong written and verbal communication skills (Urdu & English)
✪ Ability to multitask, maintain accuracy, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
