Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via call, WhatsApp, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive tone
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Identify customer needs and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
- Female Only
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 2 years experience in Customer Support
- Ability to handle incoming calls and customer complaints professionally
- Strong communication skills (Urdu & English)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools preferred)
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Must have a customer-first mindset
Working Hours
- 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
