Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication, assist in project estimation, support operational tasks, and contribute to business growth through outreach activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with tools such as Google Earth, QuickBooks Online, and AI-based tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Handle approximately 7-10 emails and 3-5 phone calls daily.
- Project Estimation: Prepare 6–8 estimates per day during peak season, Use Google Earth to analyze customer-provided addresses and calculate:
a) Parking spaces
b) Symbols and markings
c) Edge lines
- Bidding & Documentation: Review and summarize bidding documents using AI tools, assist in preparing up to 100 estimates annually during bidding season
- Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to subcontractors based on agreed split percentages, example: For a $4,000 invoice with a 50% split, issue a $2,000 PO, Manage all PO processes through QuickBooks Online
- Generate estimates in QuickBooks Online using predefined pricing structures
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to order stencils/signage as required. Communicate specifications (dimensions, requirements) via phone/email, Handle approximately 6–10 orders annually
- Business Development & Outreach: Conduct outreach to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other communication channels, identify and generate new business opportunities and qualified leads. Maintain and update prospect databases, follow up on leads to support conversion and revenue growth. Support basic business development initiatives to expand customer base
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to assist with analysis and summarization
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Familiarity with Google Earth, QuickBooks Online, or similar tools is a plus
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Gemini) for productivity
- Basic understanding of numbers and calculations
- Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and client communication
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per hour
