Job Title: International Customer Support Executive (Logistics Department)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 2, Karachi

Salary: PKR 60,000 per month

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced International Customer Support Executive for our Logistics Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling international clients, managing shipment-related queries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer inquiries via email, calls, and chat
  • Provide real-time updates on shipments and logistics operations
  • Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams for issue resolution
  • Manage complaints, delays, and escalation cases professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction
  • Follow company SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support (preferably logistics or international support)
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)
  • Ability to work night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
  • Experience in handling international clients is a plus
  • Good problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
