Customer Support Executive (CSE)

India

*Job Title:* Technical Support /Customer Support

*Location:* Jaipur

*Work Schedule:*

- Work From Office - WFO only

- 5.5 days of working with rotational shifts (majorly night shifts)

- 9.5 hours per day, including 1 hour of break

- Rotational week-offs

- Cabs available both ways for odd hours only ( 50% cost from emp)

*Salary and Benefits:*

- G + F = 32K (28,800 CTC + 3200 PLI)

- G+ 1 yr min Expr = 34K (30,600 CTC + 3400 PLI)

- UG + 1 yr min Expr = 34K (30,600 CTC + 3400 PLI)

*Requirements:*

- Graduates or UG + 1 yr min expr

- Excellent communication skills

- Good Technical aptitude

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

- No leaves allowed for the first three months, except for weekly offs
