Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive with excellent English communication skills to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chats.
  • Provide accurate product and service information.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Document interactions and collaborate with teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is a plus.
