Profile - Customer support+ Insurance sales (Full Time)

Shift -

• Rotational shift ( Day shift for female until 8 pm ; rotational shift for males )
• 6 days of working .

Salary

• For fresher upto 25000 CTC
• For experience upto 35000 CTC
• Based on communication and interview

Mode: Full-Time | Walk-in Interview Required

Requirements:

• Fluent in English & Hindi (No MTI/RTI)
• Graduate (Any Field) | Freshers & Experienced Welcome
• Confident Communication & Customer Handling Skills

Responsibilities:

• Contacting and advising interested leads on appropriate insurance products ( Outbound )
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Document interactions and escalate complex issues as needed

Selection Process:

• HR Round
• Versant 6 needed
• Written assessment
• Ops round
• Client round

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
