Customer Support Executive (CSE)

India

  • Manage online orders received through website, email, WhatsApp.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
  • Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely delivery of orders
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order status
  • Assist with processing returns, refunds, and order cancellations
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on orders and customer queries
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams during peak seasons to manage high order volumes
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain service quality
  • Stay updated on products, offers, and company policies

Job Timings - 10am - 8pm (Males)
9am - 6pm (Females)
