Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with experience in the e-commerce industry to handle customer queries and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat
  • Resolve issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, and returns
  • Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners
  • Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • E-commerce background preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • 12th Passed/Graduate
