We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative/ Complaints specialist.

  • International Logistic Process
  • Excellent Communication Skills Required
  • Training will be provided
  • 5 Days working

Responsibilities-

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Go the “extra mile” to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills required-

  • Freshers with Excellent Communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Exceptional listening skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
