Job Overview:
Zaps Group is looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance, ensuring a seamless experience across all Zaps services.

Key Responsibilities:

• we are looking for 3+ years of experience in customer Support
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle service bookings, complaints, and feedback with a professional attitude.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide product/service information and resolve emerging problems.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus).
• Prior experience in a customer support or call center role is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
